The Men's Well supports all men with grounded emotional management practices, guided discussions, and purposeful community.

About The Men's Well

Located in Bulli at Northern Illawarra Uniting Church and supporting men since April 2024.

The Men's Well (TMW) offers practices, conversations, and tools to help men manage emotions and reactions when life becomes challenging. Our aim is to build peaceful, manageable lives through self-awareness, resilience, and community.

We provide in-person meeting groups, media support, and practical resources so you can become your own best friend even in the most difficult seasons.
